DTN COMMENTS: All is quiet in the country this morning, with bids and 
asking prices not established. If the trend of the last couple of weeks 
continues, significant trade volume will likely be delayed until Thursday 
or Friday. Beef cutouts are expected to be higher with light to moderate 
box movement.
